Pudge Studio (“we,” “us”) builds and publishes software — including the apps and website you're using right now. Our apps collect no personal data at all. Our website collects only what you choose to send us — like when you book a call or join a waitlist — plus privacy-first, anonymous analytics. Here's exactly what that means.
What we collect
Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. They run entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no server-side components. What you do in our apps stays on your phone.
Our website (pudgestudio.com) sets no cookies of its own and doesn't track you across the web. To understand how the site is doing, we use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics — aggregate numbers like page views, referrers, approximate location (country level), and device type. It is cookieless, doesn't fingerprint your device, and never identifies you personally. We only ever see anonymous, aggregated trends.
What you share with us
When you book a discovery call or join a product waitlist, you give us details like your name and email through the scheduling and form tools listed below. We use that only to reply to you, or to let you know about the product you asked about. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.
Third-party services
Our apps do not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect user data. No ad networks, no analytics platforms, no crash reporters.
Our website relies on a few trusted services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare— hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics described above. Privacy policy.
- Cal.com— powers the “Book a Call” scheduling. When you open it and book, the details you enter go to Cal.com. Privacy policy.
- Tally— powers our waitlist and inquiry forms. When you submit one, your entries go to Tally. Privacy policy.
These services may set their own cookies inside their embedded windows once you interact with them. We only use what you submit to get back to you, and we'll update this policy before adding anything new.
Permissions
Some of our apps request device permissions to function:
- EQ Music Player— Audio: required to apply equalizer settings to media playback. Storage: required to access local music files.
- eBook Reader— Storage: required to access local eBook files. Network: required to browse and download from public libraries (Gutenberg, Open Library).
- Lentra— Camera: required for camera functionality. Storage: required to save photos.
No data from these permissions leaves your device.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children because we don't collect information from anyone.
Your rights
If you've shared personal data with us — say, through a booking or a waitlist form — and you're in the EU (GDPR) or India (DPDP Act 2023), you have the right to access, correct, or delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it. Our apps stay a no-data zone, so there's nothing to request there.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it at this URL with a new effective date. For material changes (like adding data collection), we'll note it in the app's changelog and on our social channels.
